The Job

Working in Eastbourne, you will be living with a lady in her 80's who is end of life in her own home, it will be your responsibility to offer one-to-one daily support to our client in a variety of ways based on her individual circumstances. But your most important job of all will be spending time with her, keeping her company, ensuring she is comfortable and meeting her daily needs.

The normal rota for this placement will be two weeks on two weeks off however due to the current pandemic we would ask that you are flexible possible staying longer if needed, you will have a minimum of 2 hours off each day (usually in the afternoon).

Please note that the client has requested a female live in carer for this placement.

Placement due to start End of April 2021 paying £740 per week.

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is useful but not essential for this role.

Who we are looking for

You should be reliable and resilient, ready to take on the challenges this role presents. Friendly, flexible and fluent in English, you will have first-class communication and listening skills.

Experience

You must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Live in Carer for this role (we can not include experience of looking after family members).
