Every member of the Red Rose Care family is unique, and you’ll have your own 3-year Personal Development Plan to chart your journey as you build your career with us.

The role of a Live in Carer...

Our Live in Carers make an incredible difference to our client’s lives. Living with an individual 24/7, supporting them in their every day lives. From helping our clients wash and dress themselves, preparing meals and administering important medication, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the client’s life. You might even find yourself taking your client out shopping or to see their friends!
