Job Description

We are looking for live-in care in Cardiff. The position would be to take care of our very nice 94-year-old mother who is frail but not in bad health for her age. She has memory problems and can get confused quite easily. She can just about dress with some assistance. She is still just about able to shower herself, with minimal assistance, but, I feel, not for very much longer. She is not able to cook or make drinks for herself. And not able to leave the house unaided. She uses a walker to get about the house and has a wheelchair for trips out. 

She needs some companionship, although also appreciate time on her own, reminding to take her tablets etc and enjoys talking to people about their lives, reminiscing, watching TV, going for outings. 
We have carers who come in each morning (Mon-Fri) between 9.30 and 1.30 and at weekends, so we're thinking of a working pattern of: 

Mon-Fri 8.00 -10.00am, 1.30-6.30pm and then 9.00-10.30pm with staying on the premises between 6.30 and 9.00 pm = 37.5hrs per week at £8.00 per hour with 28 paid holidays per year. This would be an employed situation (i.e. not self-employed)
All food and board included. Saturday and Sunday off.

ALL THIS IS NEGOTIABLE. 
There is an upstairs bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom for the live-in person's own use.
