Job Description

Crossroads Care is looking for caring, professionally-minded and experienced support workers to join our friendly team of live-in carers. You will be supporting our clients in their homes, providing full personal (washing, dressing, medication) and social care, medication support and companionship.

We are looking for good communicators, that can provide stability and encouragement to people with care needs - helping them to live independently and to be their best!

You will have ongoing training and support in your role. You will have a scheduled break each day.

We currently have positions throughout Oxfordshire.
