Goldman & Fine Group has an excellent opportunity for a Live-in Care / Support Worker in the Salisbury area, with excellent opportunities and future career prospects (4352)

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

* Supporting the resident with personal care

* Managing medical conditions that can include dementia, stroke and incontinence, administering medication

* Moving and handling involvement

* Ensuring dietary requirements are taken into consideration

* Supporting the resident in maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation

* Encouraging a healthier lifestyle

* Support/care planning

* Carry out risk assessments when necessary

* Confidentiality and adhere to GDPR

* To adhere to all company policies

Applicants must have:

* DBS certificate

* A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and social care

* Clean driving license with access to own transport

* Good communication and listening skills

* Passion for providing the best for clients

* Promote excellent client relationships

* A polite, respectful and compassionate approach
