Job Description

Position: Live-In Care Manager
Location: Cardiff

Responsibilities:

Oversee the live-in care side of our business
Ensure the highest standard of care is provided to the clients
Recruit, train, and manage a team of live-in carers
Develop care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively
Maintain excellent communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionalsRequirements:

Previous management experience in live-in care is essential
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional careSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
