Job Description

We are looking for kind, caring and compassionate carers to join our Live in Care team.

If you have previous experience, that is great; however, if you do not, that's fine too, as full training will be given.

You will be working alone but will be supported by a friendly and experienced team of care professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality of care. Best of all, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our service users. All placements will be based in Ferndown, Wimborne, Broadstone, Corfe Mullen, Ringwood, Poole and other surrounding areas. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Key duties:

• General Personal Care
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Practical tasks and domestic work, including assisting with pet care
• Supplies shopping
• Social and companionship visits
• Appointment attendance
• Companionship outings, including afternoon teas, meals out, theatre trips, accompanied shopping and the like

Who we are looking for:

• Individuals with a passion for supporting people to remain safely in their homes
• To be caring, kind and compassionate
• A good level of cooking skills
• Any previous experience as a care worker is ideal; however, it is not essential as full training will be given.
