Responsibilities

• Support with all aspects of their daily living.
• Use your excellent communication skills to build unique relationships with people from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and needs, lifestyles and personalities, cultures and behaviours.
• Provide each customer with a bespoke care experience tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
• Give customers the reassurance of 24-hour support in the comfort of their own homes.
• You will need the ability to think clearly in a crisis and know when to seek further help and advice.
• Empathy and understanding about the conditions of customers and the impact on their loved ones. Valuing the unique qualities of each customer and seeing the whole person, not just a list of care needs.
• Respect the dignity and rights of each customer.
• Endeavour to support them to make their own decisions about all aspects of their care and support as far as they are able.
