Live-in Care Assistant

Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 pa.

Are you looking for a new opportunity within the Care sector? If so, this might just be the perfect role for you!

We are currently working with one of the UK’s largest Live-in Care providers, who are looking for passionate, people orientated carers who will achieve to the highest standards and support clients’ independency, whilst also making sure their patients’ privacy and dignity is retained. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will be providing varying levels of personal care, housekeeping, domestic support, companionship and friendship to the elderly living all around the UK, who wish to remain in the comfort of their own home.

About the role:

* Supporting people with physical difficulties and limited mobility in the safest way possible

* Assisting with basic household chores, making and changing beds, cleaning and tidying, assisting or making food and provide help with serving of food and drinks

* Help clients with essential hygiene related tasks they might have difficulty with

* Keeping accurate records

* Oversee medication, according to the clients Care plan

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you need to be able to be a true companion to those you are caring for. This role is ideal for someone who has a caring nature and a bubbly personality.

About you:

* A genuine interest in working within Care

* Strong communications skills

* Have a caring, calm and compassionate personality

* At least 6 months experience within Care

* Have a clean DBS
