Live-In Care Assistant - Chester

Location: Chester
Pay: £860–£960 per week + £50 weekly food allowance
Live-in role with paid breaks & accommodation provided

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you’ll stay in the home of one of our customers, providing tailored support that enables them to live with dignity, independence, and comfort in the place they love most — their own home.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will:

Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence
Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Administer and manage medication
Prepare nutritious meals
Support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and errands
Encourage social engagement, hobbies, and community involvement
Provide companionship and emotional support
Support during illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
Work independently while staying connected to our supportive care team
We are open to discussions around availability and rotation of working however we are seeking flexibility and the potential of 4 weeks on and 1 week off. What We Offer:

£860 – £960 per week

Due to the requirement for personal care delivery a female is desired by the client.
The ideal location for candidates for this role will be North West England but other locations will be condisered.
A kind, caring and compassionate nature
Excellent spoken English is required to support this client
Ability to live in a customer’s home for agreed placements
Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and following care plans
Willingness to complete training
Right to Work in the UK is essential and checks will be required
Experience in care is beneficial but not essential
Understanding or experience supporting individuals living with dementia
Whilst a Driver is desired it is not essential for this position Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship.
