Job Description

We are looking for a Live in Care Assistant & Companion to join our team providing Live in Care & Support throughout the Hampshire area.  Experience is preferred but not essential as excellent training will be provided. Car Drivers Preferred but not essential.

£100 per day / £700.00 per week, Four Weekly Rota

The Job Role

Live in Care is fast becoming a fantastic choice for older adults who, rather than leave their home and go into a Care Home get to stay in their own homes, where it is a familiar and happy place for them, and enables them to stay independent whilst also having Care, Companionship  and personal care on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As the title suggests your role would be living in our client’s own home.  Your job as a Live in Carer would be varied and would totally depend on our client’s needs, which vary from person to person.  Some of the older people we support are more independent than others, but you will generally be supporting individuals with all manner of daily tasks.  This could include:

• Assisting with all elements of personal including showering, bathing, dressing & undressing.
• Help with medication.
• Preparing meals and other domestic duties.
• Assisting with shopping and managing bills.
