Our client a Care Home business have a great opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join their friendly and expanding Regional Team who work regionally across their 30 care homes. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to travel across the North West/ North of England. The business has a 5 year growth plan and will double in size so an exciting time to be on aboard.
They are looking for an all-rounder in Marketing with strong brand awareness, SEO, and value creation experience. A background in the care industry would be advantageous.
The successful Head of Marketing will be responsible for supporting the companies continued growth, by planning, developing, and implementing their marketing strategy. You will manage a team of 2

The role:
Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing strategy that strengthens our business as the best care provider in the industry.
Promoting the brand and driving sales growth through both digital and traditional channels, enhancing website traffic, generating interest, and increasing the quality of valuable leads.
Develop and execute a cohesive PR and Social Media plan.
Critically analyse marketing campaigns and report on their effectiveness.
Oversee events programme, ensuring alignment of brand, messaging, and speakers.
Oversee relationships with external agencies.
Assess performance using KPI's and ROIs, providing monthly reports to the board.
Supervise the production of marketing materials for both online and offline platforms, such as, brochures, blogs, posters, and leaflets.
Create and manage the financial budget.
Be familiar with various market research techniques and be able to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research, leaning on market research to gather insights on demand, competitive opportunities, and brand awareness to inform positioning.

The successful candidate should have:
Strong B2B marketing experience, working within the care industry.
Direct involvement in strategising and executing campaigns.
Proficient in digital marketing, including good knowledge of SEO, PPC and Google tools.

Effective copy writing and meticulous proofreading capabilities.
Good experience in budget management to maximise ROI.
Previous engagement with agencies and external suppliers in a collaborative capacity.
Previous experience managing and providing mentorship to a team.
