This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s flexible and looking for full time role. This will be an ongoing care package.
We expect the following of each Staff;
* To complete Mandatory training
* Do you have a valid UK driving licences desirable but not essential
* Car drivers are desirable but not essential
* At least Have some experience in caring role desirable but not essential
* To be caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable
* To have good communications skills (both written and verbal)
* Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs
* Flexiable staff is Essential

Main function of the job:
• To support the service user with accessing activities in the community, attending collegue and appointments
• To promote and encourage her independence
• To follow and implement her individual care plan
• Make sure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and personal centred care is delivered at the highest standard.
