URGENT – Female Live-in Care Assistant – Southampton – £700 per Week

Nash Alliance Ltd is urgently recruiting an experienced, compassionate and reliable Live-in Care Assistant for an immediate-start opportunity in Southampton.

We are looking for a dedicated care professional who is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and making a positive difference in someone's daily life.

What We Offer

• £700 per working week

• Immediate start available

• 2 weeks on / 1 week off – preferred arrangement

• 1 week on / 1 week off – may also be considered

• 2-hour daily break with appropriate cover

Key Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support.

• Supporting with personal care, dressing and daily routines.

• Assisting with medication in accordance with the care plan and training.

• Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration.

• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry.

• Accompanying the individual to appointments, shopping and community activities.

• Promoting dignity, independence, privacy and wellbeing.

• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns appropriately.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous care experience, preferably in a live-in care role.

• Compassionate, patient, reliable and professional attitude.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

• Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.

• Legal right to work in the UK.

• Availability to start immediately or at short notice is highly desirable.

Flexible Working Arrangements

Our preferred working pattern is two weeks living in, followed by one week off.

However, we understand the importance of work-life balance and can also consider one week on, one week off for suitable candidates.

A two-hour daily break is provided, with appropriate arrangements for uninterrupted rest.
