Job Description

Job Title: Client Services Manager - Live-in Care

Location: Office is based in Shrewsbury but there is a requirement to travel across the West Midlands

Contract: Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience

Ready to Lead Something That Matters?

Do you want a role where you can make a real difference to people's lives and shape the growth of a service?
Are you the kind of person who can switch from chatting warmly with an elderly client at home, to leading a professional meeting about service development, to driving forward a regional live-in care business?
Do you have the people skills, energy, and ambition to make things happen?

If so, Radfield Home Care wants you as our new Client Services Manager Live-in Care.

Why This Role is Different

This isn't just about coordination. It's about leadership, impact, and growth.
You'll be the driving force behind our Live-in Care service - ensuring it delivers outstanding support for clients while also building it into a recognised service across Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and beyond.

You don't need to come from the care sector. We'll give you the training and support on regulations, systems, and compliance. What we can't teach is personality, drive, and the ability to build relationships. That's where you come in.

Join a Team That Cares

Radfield Home Care is a proudly family-owned domiciliary care agency dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centred care for older people who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. With a strong reputation for quality and compassion, we work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure every individual receives tailored, high-quality support.

We're expanding and now is the perfect time to join us as our first Live-in Care Services Manager

What We're Looking For

Love working with people and can build rapport quickly, from clients and families to professionals and colleagues.

Have confidence in presenting, influencing, and guiding decisions.

Enjoy balancing compassion with commercial awareness - supporting families while also hitting growth goals.

Can juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Are proactive, professional, and self-motivated.

Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
