Job Description

Live-in carer companion for a lovely lady living with mid-stage early-onset Alzheimers. The role is part-time sharing with her current part-time carer. The requirement is for daily care and companionship on a live-in care basis. To include but limited to 

Help with bathing and dressing 

Minimal household duties

Minimal cooking needs

Car trips (car available) to visit local family and day trips out

Daily walks 

Weekly dancing sessions (at dancing for Dancing for Wellbeing)

The appointment also includes a dedicated self-contained living space for the carer 

The household also includes a very friendly and understanding care dog poodle

The main responsibility of the position is to befriend and guide along the progress of the condition. The appointment will therefore be long-term and would suit someone who can share kindness and empathy
