Job Description

At Santé Care at Home, continuing care and companionship are at the heart of our increasingly popular care service - mainly live-in and companionship visits. Our service has been designed for home-loving and independently-minded people who are experiencing difficulties coping on their own a safe alternative to residential care. We provide a caring and professional blend of companionship, personal care and housekeeping.

At Sante Care at Home, we are focusing on providing quality and bespoke companionship visits, night-time and live-in care services, tailored to our clients' specific needs and preferences. We also provide visiting care to cover live-in staff breaks.

We are seeking:

  • Experienced female carer with a minimum of 2 years of UK-based care experience
  • Passion, dedication and commitment to caring for elderly and disabled clients, as well as some experience within the care sector, including informal care for own family
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly and positive personality
  • To be able to communicate effectively in English

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for elderly/disabled people in their own homes - companionship, home help, cooking and personal care as well as mobility support
  • Promoting our clients' independence, while helping them with their daily routines and outings
  • Enhancing our clients' lives
  • Effective cooperation with coordinators and management
