Job Description

Have you got a minimum of 6 month's experience within Care? Consider joining our amazing team of Live-In Carers and make a genuine difference to the lives of the elderly and vulnerable.

 

Bluebird Care is a quality care provider in the Berkshire area. Currently looking to recruit caring and passionate Live-in Carers to join our outstanding care team to provide quality care to people in their own homes. We care for elderly individuals and couples with a range of needs.

 

Hours will vary and be on a rolling rota to be discussed in line with you availability. So many days/weeks on and then so many off.

 

What we look for in our Live-In Carers:

  • A minimum of 6 months' previous experience within a live-in care environment
  • Hold a full driving licence
  • A friendly and caring approach to others
  • Genuine desire to help others
  • The ability to relate to people with a variety of backgrounds
  • A respectful and sensitive approach to customers
  • A professional, reliable attitude
  • Flexible
  • Ability to work on their own or in a team under pressure
  • Patience and a sense of humour!
