Job Description

We are looking for Live in Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities in Norwich.  This role includes accommodation, 30 days per year annual leave pro rata, scheduled breaks within your schedule plus other excellent benefits.  You will receive full accredited training, induction and management support as well as a rewarding career within a leading provider of Health and Social Care services across the UK.  You must also be a car driver.

About the role

Your duties will include:

  • providing Live In Support
  • round the clock Live in care with breaks provided.
  • interacting and communicating with the people you support in a way that promotes dignity and respect.
  • supporting people to live an everyday life and helping them engage with their families, friends and local community.
  • manual handling, cooking and assisting with personal care.
  • administering medication to the people you support if and when required in accordance with our Medication Policy
