Crossroads Care is a domiciliary care provider that cares for both adults and children who live with wide-ranging care needs. We care for a variety of ages and help people with both personal and social care. Our care packages take place in either the carers’ homes or the wider community. We provide an extensive Live-In service. We also provide support and information to people acting as unpaid carers and the people they care for.
