Staffing Provision HCPRS is committed to ensuring consistent and sufficient nursing and carer coverage. Any staffing concerns are escalated to our Head Office during business hours or to our on-call service outside of those hours. 4. Multi-Disciplinary Team Working We take a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to care. Our nursing team works closely with the Local Authority, CCG, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to uphold the highest care standards and ensure seamless service delivery. 5. Infection Control Our staff strictly follow standardised infection control policies. Alcohol-based hand gel is widely available, and both staff and family members are encouraged to maintain hand hygiene. Our dedicated infection control team also supports families with infection prevention and management advice. 6. Escalation Procedures Any concerns are first escalated to the Local Authority/CCG and the HCPRS Management Team.
