We have an intensive training programme that new members of staff have to complete before starting work at Right at Home and this training continues throughout their career with us.
We always match our clients with carers who have similar interests and we will personally introduce the
carer to you and your family for approval before they start work. We also make sure the same team of carers visit you each time so you can build up a relationship and are comfortable with that person.
Our service is completely flexible and can be adjusted as your or your loved one’s needs change.We provide care on a short-term or long-term basis, ranging from a daily visit through to 24 hour care, seven days a week.
