We match our staff to the cusotmer to ensure both get on, we have living care 1 week on 1 week off or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. the Live in care givers are given a dedicated member of the office team to ensure they are happy and the care is meeting the measured hours they get a weekly phone call and as well as support visits.
Our work is all over the derby area, driving is preferable so that we can take the cusotmer out, but not every customer needs a driver.
We constantly persue excilance and ensure the staff and custeomers have a great exspeance of care.
We have a number customer currently looking for a care giver match so if you are looking for a new role then please do get in toucha nd we can look at who you would be a match for. All staff must attend an interview and will need a DBS attend the induction program befor beign work. they will be introduced to the cusotmer before care is due to start.
