EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED SERVICE MANAGER WITHIN OUR LIVE-IN SERVICES.

The Radis Group is an award winning, established and successful family owned care company which has been delivering high quality care and support to people within their own homes across England and Wales since 2001.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Live-In Care Services for a Service Manager.  Details of the role are as follows:

Role Responsibility

  • Managing quality standards across the business to ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and to meet all legislative requirements.
  • Manage the effective induction, supervision, assessment and on going training of all staff
  • Maximising business growth and profitability.
  • Building and developing business relationships with existing and potential core customers.
  • Participating in the on-call service as required.

Essential Attributes

  • Willingness to travel for business on a daily basis, which will include occasional overnight stay away from home.
  • Awareness of the commercial aspects of business.
  • Committed to setting and maintaining high standards in every area of work.
  • Calm, confident, self-motivated and flexible
  • Good IT skills
