Part-time Careworker /Independent Living Worker Job A 

JOB TITLE: Careworker /Independent Living Worker 
ROLE TYPE: Permanent, Part-time 
LOCATION: Croydon 
RATE OF PAY: £8/hr to £8.50 
HOURS: Variable: 2 days per week. 
Wednesday 9-2 and Thursday 9-2 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Personal care, domestic duties, meal preparation, support with hobbies and interests at home and in the community. 
There will be opportunities to make additional money providing support at hospital appointments and covering other workers in the team during annual leave or sickness. 

YOU WILL BE: 
Already self-employed or someone who wishes to be self – employed (we can provide advice about becoming self employed). 
Living close to Croydon or within 30 minutes of Croydon. 
Someone who likes pets. 
Reliable and enjoys working on a one to one basis. 
Flexible and punctual to fit in with hours that need to be covered. 
Students are also welcome. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
A recent crb/dbs. 
Not to smoke in my home or while providing support. 
Current passport for id and proof of address. 
2 referees details with email contact. 
Smart appearance. 

PREFERRED BUT NOT ESENTIAL: 
Driver. Previous experience of the role.
