Job Description

We are looking for 2 personal assistants/carers to help a young lady in her second year of university in Reading. She is bubbly, easy to get on with and she's hoping to have a strong reliable team for the next academic year. She is studying Zoology so an interest in animals is desirable.

She will need assistance with washing, dressing, feeding, hoisting and repositioning as well as someone who will help take notes while in her lectures. She lives on campus in student residences, so while on shift, you will too.

The role is 7 days on/off and you will work a 12hr shift alongside another PA/Carer on either days or nights. Shift times are 8-8 but some flexibility is needed depending on what the client is doing that day.

Preference will be given to applicants with a full driving license due to the fact that the client uses a manual adapted vehicle to get to appointments and social meetings. Prior training isn't necessary as you will learn on the job.
