Job Description

I am l looking for a live-in carer to help my 34-year-old disabled brother live independently in his own home. Due to an acquired head injury he requires one-to-one care at all times. 

This includes: 
• Assistance getting in and out of bed and prompting to sleep. 
• Assistance with all food and drink requirements. 
• Assistance will all aspects of personal care (showering, teeth etc.). 
• Maintaining a clean and tidy home. 
• Assistance on social outings and shopping trips. 

Due to the nature of my brother’s disability he has structured routines in place which are written down and to be followed as he cannot communicate his needs to you. 

The position involves working approximately 8 hours per day 7 days a week for 3 weeks then 1 full week off. You will have your own double room with TV, wardrobes and WI-FI. Basic food is provided subject to no special dietary requirements. You will get paid statutory holiday. Would also be suitable to a couple sharing. Experience not necessary as full training will be given. 

Rate of pay is £500 per week worked. Can also be done on a self-employed basis.
