Your new client is an elderly lady living in Central London who speaks only in Russian. She has some mobility challenges but is 100% fine cognitively. 

You will be fluent in Russian offering companionship, light personal care and light homecare with cooking. Your new client lives moments away from Kensington High Street in a very comfortable large house. This is a very straightforward and enjoyable package.
