Summary of role
To ensure we meet the personal care and support needs of customers in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. The Care Assistant is expected to include support that would reasonably be given by members of the customer’s family and is not to include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse.
It is considered essential that Care Assistants possess the following qualities:

We provide a range of care services to disabled, elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes and encourage them to remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible without going into a residential home. We are looking for caring and self-motivated individuals to join our team. We provide a service that has a positive impact on people's lives and can make a real difference.
Employment is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
Previous experience is not essential but is desired.
We provide care in Ruislip, Hillingdon, Hayes, Uxbridge, Northwood, Denham, West Drayton, Ickenham, Harefield, Yiewsley and Cowley.
