Do you have experience within the Care industry? Are you looking for a stable Live-in Carer position in a well-established company who specialise in the provision of high-quality care for adults across England?
At Noble Live-in Care our Carers safety is a high priority for us and we have taken the COVID-19 pandemic seriously so provide full PPE for our staff.
We are part of the MiHomecare family and are experts within the industry. We have a senior management team with many years’ experience in the care sector and an ethos to deliver care services that are genuinely tailored to the needs of their customers.
Due to our company’s continued growth we urgently require Live-in Carers with experience of working within a care environment who will create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive culture within our business whilst developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

The role:
Offering day-to-day companionshipAssisting with Personal CareEnabling mobilityDietary support, including meal preparationAssisting clients to fulfil activities of daily livingAssisting with prescribed medicationDay-to-day routine household tasks
Requirements:
Experience of working within domiciliary care, care homes or other care settings desirableAble to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients alikeAble to implement and maintain care practices that ensure the standards of their service meet with regulatory requirementsRespect for client confidentiality and discretion at all timesDriving licence desirable but not essentialEnhanced DBS checkSuccessful completion of 3-day induction training programme held over video meetings
