As a Live-in Staff You will provide care for people with mental health problems. 
You will promote independence, choice, dignity and respect through the care you deliver 

As a team player, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care, all the time following the personal care plan for each of our service users 

You will need to demonstrate your ability to: 

- Treat all service users with dignity care and respect and respond to individual needs and choices. 
- Adhere to policies and procedures in relation to all work undertaken and in general standards of conduct. 
- Comply with all relevant legislation including health and safety responsibilities. 
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members to ensure continuity of support is provided to service users. 
- Liaise with carers, relatives, and colleagues and other agencies using a professional manner. 
- Maintain accurate written records for service users as directed within each service. 
- Adhere to schedules of work (rotas) as directed by Manager including weekend and bank holidays. 
- Computer literate 
- NVQ 2 qualification in care desirable 

Shifts work, Monday to Sunday with 2 set days off. 
Shifts are 8am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm, 8am to 8pm. 
Salary from £7.50 per hour to £9 per hour depending on experience 

All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and references check
