Job Description

Our Client who lives alone in her lovely home in Turners hill is in need of 2 live-in care professionals to work in tandem on a month on/off basis. 

Our client also has 10 hours of additional support from her usual care professionals who visit her daily. The live-in care team will work in collaboration with the daytime carers, particularly around moving and handling.

Our client has suffered from a series of blood clots after having her covid vaccinations and has not completely recovered from them. She is at present, mainly in bed and needs to be transferred with the use of a gantry hoist with the support of her day carers.

She has mixed dementia and her cognitive abilities are very limited. - As the live-in carers will be working in collaboration with the daytime carers who have served this client for many years, there is a lot of support and guidance around this client's support structure.
