Job Description

Bluebird Care are looking for an experienced live-in care assistant who is passionate about caring for people in the community and who will enable the customer to continue living in their own home for the foreseeable future.

For the successful live-in care assistants, you will receive:

• Full board

Duties:

• Supporting and assisting with all personal care requirements
• Charting or taking notes for others to review
• Providing companionship and supportive listening
• Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the patient
• Preparing meals and feeding patients
• Maintaining patient’s health equipment
• Responding to emergency situations
• Prompting and administering medication
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities

We would like to hear from you if you can commit to the live-in care assistant position and if:

• You are available to live and work away from home at least 3 weeks per month
• You live locally and are able to have extended breaks at home
• You have previous live-in care experience
