Job Description

94 year old retired Music teacher. Lives alone. Moderate dementia. Wandering behaviour. Settled with live in care, routines include frequent trips into community to keep her happy and settled. Very independent. Occasional display of behaviours that challenge but easily pacified. No assistance required for personal care, only prompts to ensure she is getting changed and clean clothes. Experienced live in CSW who is able to drive and manage the household and work independently is essential. Long term CSW needed from 24^th October 2016

Caremark (CWaC) want an experienced Live-in Carer to join a dedicated, highly trained team who strive to deliver excellent homecare in Western Cheshire and the Wirral.
