Agincare Live-in Care Services work in partnership with Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities, families and next of kin to provide excellent levels of care to our clients across the UK.

We now seek a Field Care Supervisor based at our brand new office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, to support our Live in Carers deliver top quality care to our clients across our new region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will cover our northern region centred around Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This is a permanent full-time role and offers a salary of up to £24,000 per annum plus competitive benefits.

You will travel across your region visiting our clients and Live In Carers, carrying out care plan reviews and staff support, dealing with GP's, Social Workers, and next of kin, dealing with concerns and complaints and contacting your clients weekly. You will be on call on a rota every 6 weeks.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients, staff and stakeholders and ensure in-date staff supervision, support and training. This is a field-based role so you will so you will need to travel within your designated region.

ABOUT YOU

As a Field Care Supervisor with Agincare you will need previous experience of social care, in a role with responsibility for supervising or managing others and as you are field-based you will need to be highly flexible and organised with your own vehicle for work purposes and travel.

You will have good knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory framework, and if you have a Health & Social Care professional qualification it will be an advantage. You will need great communication skills - written and verbal - and a full, valid UK driving licence.
