Job Description

Description

Experienced Live in Carers required for positions in Norfolk and surrounding areas. Carers must be loyal, and trustworthy with a sense of humour.

We are a fresh innovative company and we pride ourselves on the high level of care that we provide to our service users and the support that we give to our staff.

We are always contactable and we arrange regular reviews, giving support and a hands on personal approach.

We have vacancies for carers to provide anything from general companionship to extreme high care and complex care.

We also have vacancies for domiciliary and daily care throughout Norfolk and Cambridgeshire with long shifts available, to support the most complex people in our society .We currently support service users with Peg, PeJ, Trachea, MS, MND  and various other conditions. Level 3 carers preferred for these roles. Excellent rates of pay offered.

Rates of Pay: for live in care from £469 - £656 per seven day week depending on complexity’s and on individual’s needs. Immediate starts available.

When Larry came out of hospital he didn't want to go into a nursing home but he couldn't manage on his own and his family didn't live close enough to give him the 24-hour support that he needed.

We had the answer: a fully trained live-in carer who helps Larry get in and out of bed, assist with his personal care, does his shopping, cooks his meals, feeds his cat and provides company and friendship.

Being as independent as possible and in the comfort and security of our own home is what we all hope for as we get older. Our live in carers allow people to do just that. We provide round the clock skilled care and friendship and peace of mind for individuals and their families.

The alternative to residential care. There are many circumstances in which an individual needs our round-the-clock care. Sometimes it's short term, during a period of recuperation or to give a family carer a break. Sometimes the elderly  or those with a physical or learning disability, sensory impairment or mental health problems need longer term or palliative care, one thing they have in common is the desire to retain their independence and stay in their own home with their belongings around them.

Live in care provides a viable alternative to residential accommodation in many circumstances, providing the support and assistance needed to help people stay safely and comfortably at home. Trained carers can be provided to respond to specific medical or physical conditions.

The service user sets the pace, make the house rules and define the level and pace of care they receive: they remain in charge of their own lives. Our carers job is to support them to make their life easier. We ensure that all our clients receive the highest standards of care, all personnel are subject to rigorous checking procedures and provided with the latest training on-going monitoring  and support network.
