This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager with a passion for caring to join our company for an assignment to help with the CQC application and working together for the long term.

As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.

This is a varied and challenging role, so we are looking for an individual who:

• Has CQC countersigned DBS issued within the last 9 months.
• Has a proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
• Is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
• Has experience in CQC registration process.
• Has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.
• Has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
• Has the drive and motivation to develop our care services.
• Has strong organisation and planning skills.
• Is flexible to meet the demands of the business.

As a registered manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business, ensuring that a high standard of quality care is always delivered and that the care staff team is fully supported and supervised.

Your Duties as a Registered Domiciliary Manager will include:

• To work with the Directors to achieve Outstanding results regarding CQC outcome inspection rating of the Domiciliary Care Agency
• Recruit and train Care Coordinators to ensure a truly person-centred service.
• Carry out Client Care Assessments, Risk Assessments and Reviews to ensure Care Plans match these.
• Manage the day to day running of the service to include supervision, appraisal and disciplinary procedures for Care Staff.
• To ensure you have the Staff in the field to care and support the Clients.
• To work towards an Outstanding CQC rating.
