Live-in Care Assistant vacancy: Gloucestershire

£675.00 per week, paid holiday, health insurace scheme, pension

We are searching for a suitable carer for a fun-loving customer! We are looking for someone with a good sense of humour who appreciates lots of laughter, and enjoys conversation.

The successful applicant must not be frightened by disability, as this customer lives with Cerebral Palsy which leaves her with restricted motor and verbalization – but no shortage of things to say or places to go! Therefore, we are looking for some with a very high level of spoken English.

What does our customer need from you?

• Laid back nature, with a good sense of humour.
• Young at heart (like me!) so we can enjoy each other’s company.
• An animal lover; my cat is the boss of this house!
• Good cook, I’d like a carer who is willing to cook homemade meat meals for me to enjoy.
• I’d prefer a driver who is willing to drive my fully converted vehicle, however this is not essential.
• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) manual ceiling hoist tracks, and stand aids.
• Level headed and not easily phased, I am pretty unbreakable and forgiving.

Working patterns
