Job Description

Care Hub Jersey Ltd are a premier community nursing and care provider in beautiful Jersey, Channel Islands.

We are seeking live-in carers to work across the Channel Islands, providing exceptional care and support. We have immediate and long term positions available.

If you are experienced, professional & committed with excellent communication skills and a passion to offer the highest standard of care, we want to hear from you. We are looking for carers available for longer placements of at least 8 weeks ideally.

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a very competitive salary, which is graded from level 1-3 on average between £707 per week to £900 per week with additional benefits on top - food allowance, rolled up holiday pay and a lower tax rate. Our live-in care team receive an abundance of training and support with a designated team lead and weekly (or more) check-ins along with 24-hour registered nurse support. We pay for travel, and training costs and provide uniforms and a work phone.

You also have 24 hours break time each week so lots of opportunities to relax and explore the island/s.

You must be willing to undergo training, of which, a large proportion is self-directed, we expect you to be competent and flexible to adapt quickly to new clients, and be professional and compassionate as our standards are very high.
