Job Description

I am looking for an experienced live in carer for my mum in her own home in Warrington. She is a 79 year old lady with a diagnosis of dementia, resulting in communication and memory difficulties. She is however still very sociable and active, and once Covid restrictions are lifted she enjoys socialising with friends, going shopping and out for meals.

The role would include prompting washing and dressing, medication administration, meal preparation, general house work and companionship.

The house is a clean, tidy and spacious 3 bedroom property. You would have your own room, food and board included and a salary of approx 3,000p/m (to be negotiated depending on experience and time off required).

Family and friends would also be providing close support and facilitating regular breaks. We are happy to agree different break options which suit you, for example, this could be an over night and day off a week or split more evenly throughout the week.

We are looking for a positive and compassionate individual, who can provide evidence of experience, references, have a DBS and be permitted to work in the UK.
