Job Description

Looking for a Female live-in carer/nurse for an 82 year old lady with motor neurone disease. 

We are looking for someone who has previous caring experience, is calm and understands the needs of an elderly patient. 

Assistance is required for:

• bathing

• toilet visits

• other sanitary needs, e.g. changing soiled clothes

• regular suctioning of phelgm (using a machine)

• administering feeds and medicine through a feeding tube

Suctioning phlegm and administration of the feeding tube (RIG) can be taught as necessary.

Another family member is at hand to help in the day.

Preference for someone who can speak Punjabi/Hindi.

Location: Hounslow (west London).
