Well we have one of the best staff teams in Peterborough that you would be working alongside, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and or Autism.

Whilst supporting vulnerable adults with day to day living skills you will also enjoy trips to the zoo, beach, aquariums, and so on..

Don't get us wrong the role comes with its challenges but we guarantee you will be given the best training we can provide, 100% support from Senior Support staff along with the Management team.

All we expect from you is the following:

• Be able to promote, develop, and enhance the lives of people who need support.
• Assist with daily living skills
• Personal care
• Attend any medical appointments as required
• Enthusiastic care workers to support independent living
• Cheerful and considerate
• Good verbal and written communication

You will be offerd accomodation on site and all meals will be provided, we can even pick you up from the train station if required, and if you have access to a car then we will pay mileage if you use your vehicle whilst on duty.

We offer 7 day packages and we are flexible in how you choose to arrange these.
