Job Description

Tetra Live-in Care (TLC) are recruiting for honest, empathetic and practical personal assistants to support our clients. We specialize in the 24 hour live-in care of clients with spinal cord injuries. Our clients are based across the UK, however mainly located in London and the South-East.

Applicants would need to be willing to work with a client in their home for periods between 1 and 3 weeks. Live-in care positions can be highly rewarding. These roles are best suited to those who have a willingness to support individuals with high dependency needs and that have a genuinely caring nature.

We are a small agency that has been running since 2013, offering bespoke care packages for our clients. The founder, who has a spinal cord injury himself, has had 17 years working closely with personal assistants and understands the benefits of having a dedicated support network of personal assistants and the importance that they have the support of their agency.  The ethos is of the company is to support the client and assistants to the fullest.

Rates start from £724.5 per 7 day shift plus £8 food allowance per day.  At TLC we run a Performance Review Scheme allowing dedicated PAs to have pay increases.

Travel expenses are refunded. TLC offers training and development opportunities to increase your skills and knowledge in the field of care.

Applicants should have a solid grasp of the English language and be confident drivers.
