Job Description

Looking after a 98 year old lady. Recent hospital admissions with UTIs and falls so now needs 24 hour care since she fractured her left hand on last fall in July. Doing very well with a live in package. Confusion almost completely settled. No diagnosis of dementia. Has a stoma bag for which she benefits from assistance at each change, can be up to 3-4 times per day. She has a lovely supportive family close by that are happy to cover all the breaks in a flexible manner 2 hours per day. Variable sleeping pattern- currently wakes mainly once per night. Occasionally can wake up to 2-3 times or more. Currently has one live in CSW as main CSW and 2^nd CSW needed to cover breaks October 17^th to October 30^th
 
Transferable DBS and Care Certificate preferred.
