Meadows Home Care is a family owned business, successfully operating for the last 30 years.  We specialise in Live-in Care throughout England supporting vulnerable people with complex conditions who wish to remain living independently in the comfort and safety of their own homes.  We are very passionate about what we do and value our clients like our own family.

We are looking for experienced, qualified and skilled Live-In Carers who believe in providing the best quality care to our Clients to make a real difference to their quality of life.

You will promote equality and diversity respecting the values of our Clients, providing support in a dignified way to enhance the quality of life experienced by them. You will support our Clients with their daily personal care needs, medication where applicable, food and nutrition, health and wellbeing and protect and safeguard at all times. You must be committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our clients is at the heart of everything we do.
