At TLC we aspire to recruit caring, honest and practical personal assistance to assist our clients that have spinal cord injuries. We specialise in providing live-in care solutions and applicants would need to be willing to work with a client in their home for periods between 1 and 3 weeks. Live-in care positions can be highly rewarding and are most compatible to people who’s genuine nature is one that is caring and understanding, with a willingness to support individuals with high dependency needs. 

Our clients are based across the UK with a predominant focused on London and the South-East. 

We are keen to find applicants that are suited to our clients and focus on helping you create a good working relationship with your clients. Applicants should have a solid grasp of the English language and be confident drivers. 

We are a young and professional care agency founded in 2013, focused to support our personal assistance and clients to the fullest. The founder of the organisation has a spinal cord injury and understands the benefits of having a dedicated support network of personal assistance that are well supported by their agency. 

Your starting pay will be £525 per 7 day week during your probationary period. We refund travel expenses and there is further training and development opportunities to increase your skills and knowledge in the field of care. At TLC we run a Performance Review Scheme allowing dedicated PAs to have further pay increases.
